Attitude

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company . . . a church . . . a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past . . . we cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude . . . I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you . . . we are in charge of our Attitudes." By Charles Swindoll

Just something to ponder. I know for me I feel better when I work (believe me, it is work sometimes) to maintain a positive attitude, even when feeling horrible.

I have read this before years ago and love it. Thank you for sharing. I try to keep this in mind in everyday living. Sometimes it is needed to be reread again as a reminder. I try to be thankful for the little things, the good things in life. those are what really matter. They help keep me going strong.

I also belive attitude is very important to us. I have little sayings and pictures i keep on my mirror in the bed room to uplift me everyday and help me keep a positive attitude

Omg im such a believer in positive thinking, it will shape who you are, and help pull you through the hard times without falling into the arms of depression, ive had fms since I was 15/16 and im 41 now and I really found that being able to laugh at even myself or to beable to keep an attitude of, I got this, helps me be able to move forward to the next task or movement of my body, lol. I is something all should ponder and probably adopt, because I would love to be able to see more people happy, proactive, and enjoying what they do have, now im pumped, lol…im gonna try to walk!!! And it so nice to hear , we should make a campaign for fms… Positive thinking, fight back, its one thing fms cant hurt…

Ditto! I also believe attitude changes everything! The better your attitude, the more positive the experience.

Thank You Auburnm, and Yes it is hard work, but feeling better is defintely rewarded, I thought the past year and especially these last few months I was totally doomed. thanks for sharing this helps to keep me focused!

Love and Blessings, Always, Bobbye!
