Something I'd like to share with you all......my new pillow!

I've been using it now for over a month, I searched for ages for a "shaped" pillow to support my neck and this is just lovely.

I sleep much better now as I don't have to scrunch up a normal pillow to the shape I want.

I found it on ebay, cost £15......if anyone would like more details let me know, I couldn't find it in any shop, only on-line.



It's called the Dr Twiner Pyramid Pillow, developed apparently by a top osteopath.
