I have seen lots of discussion on mattresses, but not about a good pillow.
I have tried a corn husk pillow, yes a Corn Husk! I hated it. Tried down pillows.
Would enjoy hearing from others.
I would like to hear also. I have tried many and still neck pain.
Hi, I have found either the gel, down or down alternative to be the best when it comes to alleviating both neck and head pain. Gel being my favorite. Good luck!

This is a great question! I sleep with about 8 (not exaggerating) pillows of different sizes and texture/firmness. I have made a couple of those easy "no sew" tie pillows and cut the material a bit smaller to make it easier to just be an extra neck support, it seems to help me a little. I haven't tried a gel pillow, I am going to check that out.

I have a European gusset pillow.I love it it's the best one I've had.I bought it at school.thanks fir the INFIRMATION about the gel pillow.it'll be nice for the summer when it's hot even with ad.
Sleep number has some really nice pillows and you can try them out in the store to find which one works best for you. They can be pricey, but if it helps to relieve pain and get better sleep, I think they’re worth it.
