Ssi Hearing/ update

Hey everyone just wanted to update everyone on progress after my surgery. It is almost 2 weeks past surgery. My nose and sinus are still very tender to the touch, the surgeon said that inside there is healing but not as fast as they had first projected. The staples are still in my septum, a lot of junk still in cavities that needs to be flushed 6-7 times per day, other wise they will aadmit me and do it in the OR. Ill not happenning. I will flush my sinus cavities at home. I also talked to my attorney in my pre hearing conf this morning. He states that with all of my medical issues and the diff dr records that he can't give me 100% garunteee but he feels very confident that the judge will actually approve at the hearing, and quite possibly offer that if I agree to go from my 50th birthday forward for payments that I might not even have to testify. This would be heaven, I was a little dissappointed that medical benefits don't begin until 29 months. I feel that is a crock of poo. Has anyone else ever expirenced this? Overall. I feel very good and pray my attorney is correct. Hugs to all. Jackie

Hi Jackie

My sister in law was offered the same deal. It was like she applied on her birthday and they went forward six months and she got one month back pay. She just had to sign papers when she got their agreeing to it.

I hope your sinus problems clear up soon and you do not have to go back to the ER. Please keep up posted on both situations.

Sounds like things are just starting to turn the corner for you. Let's hope it stays that way. Happy for your good news. Hope you heal fast.

i hope the healing gets faster each day and that each day you feel better and better. HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS Suzie
