Hello, I am also a single father with fibro and a prolapsed Lubar disc. How old is your child? I have a 19 month old son who keeps me going but I have to say I’m struggling. How are you coping with it all?

I have Fibro with Lumbar arthritis. My son is 13 who live with me.
It's hard to cope with it some days... my son has ADHD, and as you know he has boundless amount of energy, and I am fighting chronic fatigue.
I try to avoid any heavier medication for Fibro, for I am highly sensitive to them, and most of them make you sleep all day. With children you must remain alert.
How are you coping?
