Welcome to you too, Karen! I look forward to getting to know you. If you need anything, just ask!
That’s how I ended up with my first chinchilla! I was in an apartment, and they allowed caged animals. If you get them young and handle them regularly, chins can be so sweet and snugly! Unfortunately, they’re like potato chips - you can’t have just one!
A big welcome to you, Elaine! I hope you are feeling at home here, and look forward to knowing you better.
Cool! I have a cat named Chloe as well, the only female cat we have. All of our animals are rescue or strays, the most recent addition is still mainly living on my front porch / yard since May, he is a sweet cat we have named Mr. Squeakers. He will probably be inside by winter, he is still frightened by the dogs but he is getting better. I also have a 85 lb black lab / great dane mix and a 5 lb chi mix, she actually is much more dominating that the big dog. Chinchillas sound cool, I know my daughter would have any animal I would get her - lol
Welcome Grumpycat!!! Glad we can work together. I also enjoy the company of fellow animal lovers. I have only one pet now,my bullmastiff. She is my BFFF best four-legged furry friend. pets add so much depth to one’s life, IMHO. Hugs!
Welcome GrumpyCat. I don’t know where I would be with out the comfort of my furry friends:)
