Acupuncture

hi guys

I have ventured into the world of acupuncture, not knowing what to expect but need to try something new as nothing is working yet. I was told to try oseo something next if this does not work!

I have had three sessions and thought there was a bit of improvement then things went back to my normal. always pain usually in the back and legs, right side at the moment but it can move.

Would welcome any comments from someone with acupuncture experience.. thanks, butter

Hi butter!

It's good to hear from you! Hopefully the acupuncture will give you some relief! I went for about a year after my last car accident and it helped me! They also used herbs, I mean a lot of it must have been 'roots', the mixture was very strong, but the results were very good!

I'm in the 'what ever works' club, and the less medicine we can take, the more natural we can go, the better we will be in the long run!

I hope this is a huge success for you! Please join us when you can!

Hugs,

SK

Thanks for the positive thoughts. I do agree that the less pills the better only my success at finding a cure(s) for the ailment(s) has not been fruitful. One of my specialists (heart) suggested that I go to a pain clinic. I guess that is a last resort and my doctor does not seem to be too enthused about going that way. We will see how the acupuncture does before making a new move.

all the best,

Butter

Dear butter,

The very best advice I can give you as far as going to a pain management clinic is to know what you are getting into before you get in there for the 'hard sell'. Here is a list of their procedures, please make sure this is what you want to do!

Let me know if you need more information than this.

Wishing you well,

I have recently started acupuncture and I have had 4 visits with no improvement yet. My acupuncturist told me depending how long you have suffered with the pain it may take a few months or more of treatment to notice a difference. I am going to try to keep an open mind and see what happens.
