Has anyone ever had a sharp pain across there chest like a rubber band snap and from that moment on its tender across chest and ribs as well and hard to take deep breaths or move body without pain ? also when it happen i was sitting not even moving so idk how it happened…

Yes that happens to me too! i get alot of chest pain with my Fibro. I believe its called costochondritis. I have seen my doctor a few times for this and even had different tests done because I was thinking I was having a heart attack- and it turns out everything is fine and its just he fibro. Im sorry for your pain.
