I’m not sure if I have already ask this and I hope it’s not to personal but do any of you have bladder spasms? this has really been a issue with me for a 2 or 3 months now, I don’t have an infection, I have read where this was one of the side effects of Fibro and a terrible one I might add!! As if I didn’t have enough to deal with! I would really love to know if anyone else is experience this? Hugs to all:)
I'm male and get something similar... as well as being uncomfortable to painful it is also humiliating :( x
I hear ya, sleep is a lot more important than worrying about a leaky bladder! And unfortunley there’s no age limit on health problems, I’m 48 and never did I ever think I’d be having all these problems, but I think mine started after I had back surgery in 2010 then neck surgery in 2011, at least that’s what I’m gonna blame it on lol. The bladder issue I forgot to mention it to my Rheumatoligst last week, I don’t care for her very much because all she seems to worry about is seeing how fast she can get you in and out of her office, I think now that I’ve got a diagnosis I’m gonna let my primary care dr take care of my issues now at least he cares, well I didn’t mean to ramble on and on, thanks for your info on the subject!!
I hear ya mike, I can tolerate this muscle aches and pains but when it comes to this issue I wanna pull my hair out!! thanks for responding:)
Hi , I was having bladder problems and had a cystoscopy a few weeks ago and I have a overactive bladder syndrome , the tablets help a little , it feels like spasms , have a chat with your doctor , he may send you to an urologist x hugs angie xx
I had bladder urgency a couple of years ago and found out it was because my vitamin B12 and D3 were to low. Vitamin defficency problems are common with Fibro. You might want to get your levels checked if all else fails. Praying you find an answer soon.
My Rheumy recently done bloodwork on me but she didn’t mention about those being low, so I don’t know, it’s more of a dull ache rather than urgency, been using azo tabs when it flares up & it helps a lot. Thank you and have a good day:)
Thanks Angie, definitely will have a discussion about this:)
Yeah it’s definitely in my bladder not in my head lol, I hate that other people suffer with these symptoms but its also nice not suffering alone.
HI CANTDANCE ILL HAVE TO LOOK AT MY LATEST TESTS AND SEE IF THOSE WERE DONE BUT I READ FREQUENCY IS A SYMPTOM OF FIBRO BUT I DRINK A LOT OF FLUIDS THROUGHOUT THE DAY
