i've had cortisone shots in my shoulders, and these have been very successful. i also had some recently along my spine where i have spinal stenosis, and i cannot tell my difference. physical therapy can really help with the shoulders. hang in there everyone. i am a rather youthful looking seventy, but my life has been crippled with fibro. yes, it is difficult to plan anything! i just moved into a new home, and i am soooo frustrated as my garage is FULL of stuff i don't want in here. there are boxes to be broken down, boxes buried under other boxes that i cannot get to. my solution, i open the door to the garage, have a look, and shut the door to enjoy my uncluttered new house. i should have a garage sale, i need to sell some furniture but i cannot concentrate long enough to read the directions for my digital camera. dealing with this while living alone is challenging to say the least. if i weren't a Christian and very spiritual, i could not make it! all ideas welcome....annie
