You are more than welcome dozer. My dad is an artist, and I appreciate art in all its forms. I wish I were more artistic, but I will have to make a stronger effort to be my own artist, not the kind my father is. I am not sure if you wanted to sell your work, maybe at local shows, or online. Yessy is a website that sells art, and eBay also works for that if you wanted to do some research. I am not sure where to go just to get critique. Just keep doing what you do. It’s beautiful.
I looked into one website and created a store. I don't think I am brave enough to put my work there yet but I can use it to motivate me. My real driving force is there seems to be no art work out there on this subject. I am close to a local museum. That is my next step.
I am thinking about backgrounds for my future pieces. I believe one art teacher told me you can't forget the background. Thank you!!! Thank you!!!
I follow the thoughts of Meow a bit. But I really like your artwork! You'll be a great voice for us, I'm sure. Go on making more of these beautiful and relative paintings, I'm a fan!
Dozer, what I admire the most in your work is the feeling in the eyes of these women. Their eyes are really expressive. That’s not easy to capture.
Good job!
Hugs,
Laurie
Thank you. I just need to figure out how to align them. There is a technique but, by the time I have done the measurement I lose the mood. I am going to work on that.
