Hi Kim. If you're not already a soda drinker then I'd never start the addiction. I just recently read that scientists have discovered that even just 2 pops a week can shorten your telematics, which are directly responsible for your aging. Shortened telomeres equal shorter lifespan. Let me see if I can find the research; if so, I 'll post it here.
