Well my husband finally told me this morning at 6:15 "get your self dressed I am taking to the ER, I have been in pain for days not sleeping well heck sometimes not sleeping at all .Mt FM has Made my DDD worse and couldnt even use my right hand at all , my 10 yr old was typing and scrolling for me last night because my pain was sooooooo bad. i try not to let him see how badley i hurt because it scares him . He told me last night "mommy I dont want you to go anywhere" i said "honey mommys not going anywhere except mb the ER and he said " no i mean leaveme mommy" i informed that i was not going to "leave him" my husband told me that he had to send him back to bed several times last night ' Bcause he was worried about me it hurts me so to make him feel this way I am supposed to be taking care if and worrying about them not vice versa
Hopefully your little guy will get his Mommy back soon, and better. Wishing you the best, my friend.
Your son will appreciate having his Mommy back You can tell him that the doctors are trying to help you feel better. Kiddos are pretty smart. He knows you don't feel good.
We are all waiting to hear how the ER visit goes. Yae to your hubby!

Thank you my friend . The DR gave me some meds ( muscle relaxer, pain, and antinflamitory) then followed up with giving me twp scripts that i cannot afford due to no insurance. Ive got some very wonder, daring , loving boys who have tried their best to take care of me thru this disability. Gentle hugs
Friends , Pebbles
I have a good hubby yay. dr gave me muscle relaxers and antiflamatory and pain meds scripts r too exspensive to fill without insurance
Thank you for the gentle hugs and smiles , I received some treleif with the meds they gave me in the ER but the follow up scripts will have to wait till the first of the month to get filled
Hi Pebbles - do hope you are feeling better?? It looks like you have a wonderful husband and son there. You son has an idea that you are hurting and hopefully he will understand when you need to go to the ER or see a doctor. Let us know how it went! Laurie
i am not sure what meds u were given. i know one commen muscle relaxer that is perscribed is flexeral and its is on the $4 list at wal-mart. i also just realized that i can get scripts at costco w/o a membership. it is a whole sale place and i can get scripts very cheep. one of the antibotics i am on was going to cost $70 at wal-mart and i only paid $12.41.
u can call around if u havent already. the pharmacy will give u the cash price. i know alot of people only seem to go to walgreeens and they r one of the most expanisve places. i guess that they do have some program that u pay $20 for a year and it helps u save.
i hope u can get the meds the er gave u so can have some relief w/o waiting till after the 1st. i know that with the medical card they have restrictions on how many scripts u can have a month but they should be able to find a way to get them. i know this cause my friend has the medical card and when she ends up having extra meds from being sick the pharmacy calls and gets approval for her dont give up i hope u feel better.
many gental hugs
Pebbles, you could ask your doc to write a script for a cheaper drug that you could get through Cost Co or Walmart. Also, some drug companies will give you free meds for a while if you're in need. Just type in the manufacturer of the drug (or the name of the drug, if you need to look up the manufacturer) and it probably mentions the program in the home page. It's a BIG help when you're dead broke but need your meds.
Pebbles, I’m so glad for you that you have your hubby & kids, it’s so hard to try and protect them from seeing us hurting. It sounds like they love you very much and that shows what an awesome mom you are !!!
Just keep loving them
My 5 year old grandson worries so much about his mom ( my daughter ) it breaks my heart, but at the same time he is developing real compassion & that’s a good thing !!
I pray you get some relief, it’s got to be so hard to deal with this & try and be a mom, but it sounds like you are doing a great job !
Hugs & blessings

I hope the ER was able to help you. As to your 10 year old, kids are very sensitive. And they notice everything, have you tried explaining your illness to him, he needs to know you'll be sick and in pain sometimes. He also needs to know that your illness is not going to kill you. Although I wouldn't use those terms to tell him. I hope you can get some advice here to help. Good luck, Hugs Charlie :)
I'm checking on you, Pebbles. I hope they have taken care of you and were able to really help you. Please let us know how you are when you feel well enough.
Sending love and hugs,
SK
