Weather has always been a huge factor in how I feel. This week has been extremely bad, we have had numerous storms, and very little sunshine. Today the sun is out, for a little while, but more storms are moving in. All week long, I have been getting progressively worse, and pain killers are hardly touching it. Today is probably the worst day I have had, in a very long time, and because of the cruddy weather, this flare up just keeps dragging on. My question, though, is how can you tell when it is really a flare up versus an illness. These aches and pains so often mimic other things, as well as the fog. And, everywhere I turn there are sick people. Half of my office has been sick for the past two weeks. I don't think I have a fever, and that is the only reason why I don't think I am sick. Otherwise, I would be going home so I don't infect anyone, and so I don't make an illness worse. I don't want to over do anything, so I am still taking it easy, but I am just about at my wits end with the whole body aches, the joint pains, and the fatigue!
Thanks in advance!
