Happy Thanksgiving Fibro friends! I’ve been standing all day cooking UGH. going to be pay backs tomorrow. Ouch already.
And not a single “do you need a hand” from anyone as I limp around to prepare the meal. Guess I did something wrong in the raising of my kids. Will be glad when the day is over. Much over rated.
Sounds like my house! I’m busting my butt getting it all done at the same time, burning the pad on my index finger, while everyone else is enjoying each others company. I guess I did it wrong too 
Now for a huge glass of water and my heating pad/recliner. But it sure was a great meal, as I’m sure yours was too! Now relax…

My kids are all grown with children of their own and living in three different states. My hubby, since reading the "My Name is Fibromyalgia", has been a super help. We had a quiet, warm and wonderful Thanksgiving--just the two of us. It was great and I feel wonderful.
My husband cooked steaks on the grill, it was a great and unusually quiet Thanksgivng. Now for my cough syrup and pain meds! Hardly a mess at all, I think we may be on to something!
You too and I did! My mom and dad did all the work and my brother washed all the dishes. I really didn’t fell guilty this year. Hope you didn’t have to do too much. I came home and slept 4 hours though. Take care.
