Yes! Absolutely. I usually do my crying in the middle of the night when I wake up hurting, alone, and so very tired. Then my brain kicks in and I start thinking and worrying about things that I have no control of. I am glad you are feeling better, but in my uneducated opinion (I am new here) I would think crying would be a completely normal reaction. Hugs to you!
Angie,
I haven't, but sometimes I wish I could. Odd as it sounds, I envy you your ability to be able to let it all out and get some healing from tears. Sometimes crying is just what we need to do. Of course, if you do it all of the time, then it's a problem. But if you need a good cry to let it out, that seems incredibly appropriate...and helpful, in the long run. Keeping it all in won't help matters any.
How are you feeling today? I hope those tears did you some good and helped you to feel like things are more manageable.
Hugs and sympathy,
Petunia Girl
