Your response means so much to me right now. I only ever saw a show once, a documentary I think it was national geo? And it was on schizophrenia. One of my fears when I started having the sensation, was how I remembered seeing this show, and I vowed to my self to not bring it up. However, I am very glad that I asked my new friends.
I really like (Heebie Jeebies) too. I got scared to death one day when I felt the "Heebie Jeebies" when I was driving. I am staying in Vegas with my son right now, and I thought for a min. that a bug was really in the car. I had to contain my self. I just kept saying to my self its not worth "pardon the pun" bugging out about, I might have killed some one.
luckily it was just the "Heebie Jeebies."
Yours so Truly, Thank you for being a part of my day
It's awful when a symptom you're having also belongs to something REALLY scary and you fear that you suffer from that illness. So I'm glad you asked and glad you found out that other fibro people get it too. I know I'd be freaked out if it happened to me so no wonder you were afraid to ask.
After tons of people starting chiming in and saying it's a fibro thing, I figured it wasn't the restless leg syndrome or the thing the school kids had. They suffered some sort of mass illness in a school in NY? I think. This symptom was one of the symptoms they suffered, I believe. Doctors now believe they suffer from something called PANDA - I think it's related to strep throat. At any rate, no need to look farther, since it's yet another fibro thing.
I'm just sorry you had to worry about it all of this time. I used to worry about having dementia until I found out it was the fibro. Worrying like that is awful. Glad you're now aware of what it is, and that there's nothing wrong with you, other than the fibro.
Its has been a very interesting day to say the least. I can't express how much you have helped me. I'm so great full and fortunate to have a new friend like you. When I first dis sided to join this support group, I never thought I would soon have angles like you watching over me.
silent I am so glad you found this site. I have had the symptom you describe for a long time. until I started using the net I used to worry about my weird (I thought) symptoms. I have learnt that all of what I experience is just part of this stupid illness. I very much doubt that anything you share with us will be seen as strange in any way. getting online support is so important. it helps you make sense of whats happening and you get to meet some lovely people as well. I hope you find as much help as I have.
I just wanted to check one last time before I went to bed to make sure my tread had not started a world war. You have given me a lasting thought of insured friend-ship and wonderful feelings to rest my head down to. Thank you so much
This may help to explain some of your symptoms, it took me a while to find the right info, Please realize that this is not an attempt to diagnose or treat you, as I am not a med professional. I do have nerve damage from car accident trauma and autoimmune diseases, so I have experienced these as well. Please don't feel weird about yourself, fibro is weird! Put this on your list of things to discuss with your doctor, so he can make his determination.
We are here for you, so glad you posted and wanted us to share our experiences with you about this. I take Lyrica, mainly for Sciatica, but it has helped me with many of the strange nerve sensations.
Lmfao... Maybe there's one here in England. Thats it!! Omega 3 oils. We all need to eat catfood!! Do you want me too ship some of Puss Puss' special fishy meaties?
Got the omega 3 here. Keep Puss Puss’s food for yourself. I am pretty broke but not eating cat food yet. LOL. Just find that cure and send it over. I am thinking you should go to the sea and get some good english saltwater. That should do it. One condition- you have to give it to us for free. Anyone not on this site has to pay for it. You can get rich and help some at the same time.
Lmao! Too funny. (Ihope you know I am still joking lol) No you have to eat this special cat food, washed down with the dodgy sea water from the beach, unfiltered, because you need the protein from the floaters to help the metabolism. I will get you some freebies as you asked so nicely!!
The information is so intriguing. Thanks for the link. I feel a little more right about myself to day, thanks to all the sharing concerning this issue. I wish I was on a medication right now, but I'm not. I have no insurance here, and the kids can't afford any meds for me. But, I was on Cybolta in Canada. I found that this medication did right by me for about 4 hours of a 24 hour day. This was not much, but it was something. On days when I feel so very sick all day, I wish I had those few min of relief.Any ways, I just want to thank you for the information. Its very kind of everyone to care so much.
Its is so kind of you to share with me. I am not taking anything right now. But I hope to be back on Cymbolta soon. I would like to thank you for sharing information and knowledge with me. It is kind of you to care.
Yes! I get this and it’s really annoying, it was just the other day I was telling my mum I was ‘tingling’ and had an electric shock feeling, I get it most places but on that particular occasion it was my head
Isn't it a strange feeling! I suppose it would really be of no consequent s, but, I find it hard to deal with because the reaction is to go for the feeling. What I mean is swiping at it or quickly moving to see what it is or just reacting to it in some way. Well, I don't know about everyone else but I'm so tired all the time that this just seems to add to the exhaustion and pain. How about you? does it ware down your energy level.
Sorry I sort of lost your post for some reason. thank you for caring. I was answering another post and I thought I would re-post to you because It sort of sums it all up. And it might be that others agree with the same general issue that it all boils down to.... Isn't it a strange feeling!
