This weeks theme is camouflage.
This little fellow is the bat faced toad
The great Pooto
This is a Katydid
And another, this time on a leaf
This is a lichen spider, well hidden and just waiting for some unsuspecting person to put their hand on it, or more likely some unsuspecting insect to walk past.
This is a mossy leaf tailed gecko
This is an orchid moth
This is a pepper moth
This is a righteyed flounder
This is a sand hopper
This is a satanic leaf tailed gecko. (Throwing bibles at it still leaves it satanic even if squashed btw)
This is one of the most amazing camouflage images I have ever seen. For something that sized to be hidden (snow leopard) is an amazing feat... for blending in like that it deserves to catch dinner.
Finally we have a speckled sanddab.
I hope you have enjoyed this thread. Check back next Sunday for a new random off topic album.
I was wondering if people would like to suggest a specific theme for me to find some images about. I am happy to put my own ideas up as well but any requests just message me or comment on here.
Hope you have a great International Fibromyalgia Awareness Day 2013!! xx
