2022-11-15, Tuesday - Energy 20% / Sleep 90% / Feeling 80%-ish (nausea same, shakiness better.)

Successes:
:trophy: Less histamine foods → no sinuses.
:zap: Perhaps the jab sore throats were always a temperature / “thermostat” / circulation problem, so 1 or even 2 hot water bottles may be the solution.
:zap: Alternating the hot water bottles not just on feet but on pains incl. stomach / gut may be helpful.
:zap: psyllium/pectin at night may reduce peeing.
:zap: pure psyllium/pectin at night (local food store) may be better for my stomach.
:zap: more mouth gel at night and less drinking may reduce peeing too.
:zap: hanging at night for lower back unrest seems to be helpful.
:zap: Blinds open before getting up would wake me up too much, I’m often drowsing then anyway.
:zap: Cold at night: Wear more.
:zap: Will niacin improve ‘thermostat’? (A: Sometimes, but it can make me colder in the cold.)
:student: A popular nausea med is actually an antihistamine - how fitting! Not only 1st generation, so zombifying, but also seizures.

Triggers & resulting Symptoms

JAB#3 (2022-11-07)/MCAS/histamine-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments (click for details): sinuses, paranasal and frontal with headache 0%, nausea 10%, 10% of the time, white lips 0%(?), "ill ache" off and on 0%, sliding around indoors 10%, temperature °C. burning tongue: 01:00 10% for an hour or two", new after that: itchy / painy alternating locally till 3:00, then cold ('thermostat' bust) for the first time in ages, but a fast alternate shower helped. But altogether lowering histamine seems to have helped quite a bit.
