Symptom severity, SSS = severity 10 of 12: Fatigue 3 (80%), insomnia 3 (15%), fog 2 (?10%), headache 1 (30%), GI 1 (20%), depression 0
Last focal seizures: Nov 22nd: 13:50-14:20 aura, so along with slightly increased pee pain trying a small GABA increase. Nov 21st: 2x.
Last esophagus blocks: Nov 22nd (from yogurt+supps). Nov 20th.

Triggers & resulting Symptoms

JAB#3 (2022-11-07)/MCAS/histamine-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments (click for details): "20%" altogether. Sinuses, paranasal and frontal with headache 30%, nausea 20%, white lips 0%, "ill ache" off and on 0%, sliding around indoors (fatigue & nausea) 0%, cold intolerance (cold shower?) 40%. Nov 17th 15:00 breaking down 'ill'. 18th directly before getting up energy suddenly down from 20 to 10%. 10th/11th day after the jab.

(Spawned by stress from the How Are You project meeting last Saturday, the phosphate deficiency making pumpkin seeds essential, and my singing teacher not having given me my last 2 singing lessons I'd paid for.) Dissolving the psyllium in more almond milk worked better, but a strong pee urge got me up again 1h20 later and a bit of additional different stomach ache. ✅ ➔ Feeling 60% well, Ache 3 of 7 ✅, getting up: 70%/3 ✅. Nostrils ?20% stuffy ?20% of the night.

Development

Decided to put the focal seizures and esophagus under the fibro criteria symptoms, as they are separate more major issues.

‘Research’ today:
By checking the spelling of xylitol (not xylit or xylite like in Germany) I saw on wikipedia that the evidence for xylitol being good for teeth is only slight, according to a Cochrane review from 2015. Checking on pubmed though, more recent reviews tend to support using it, e.g. in chewing gum:
