JAB#3 (2022-11-07)/MCAS/histamine-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments (click for details): ?"20%" altogether. Still extra GABA and antihistamine. Sinuses, paranasal and frontal with headache ?20% at night & sore throat ?20% at night, nausea ?10%, white lips ?30%, pale face ?20%, "ill ache" off and on 10%?, sliding around indoors (stiffness, fatigue & nausea) 10%?, cold intolerance (cold shower yes, but long johns day and night, plus hoodie at night) 30%. Last esophagus blocks: 29th fairly severe, but dissolved it quick, later moderate, dissolved it fairly quick. 28th slight, Nov 24th only slight, but definitely due to cold liquids. Nov 22nd (from cold yogurt+supps). Nov 20th.

Chinese Acupuncturist - Session #32 on 4th., after 14 days :white_check_mark: “Energy still pretty stable at 20%, despite jab-nausea…” Generally I keep under the max. limits, when I go over a certain time I quickly break down.
Session #33 indefinite. As my energy is still fairly high, considering, I don’t want to risk more cortisol bringing a dysbalance at the moment.

Development

‘Research’ today:
Possible side effects of TMG are according to healthline increase of cholesterol - whilst the nicotinic acid for which I am taking it is sposed to be decreasing triglycerides, which is necessary, but I’m not comfy hearing that at the moment. It’s unclear whether it really increases energy. The most common side effects are diarrhea, indigestion, bloating, cramps and nausea, all of which are now coming up in the afternoons, after the 2nd dose of 2x.5g TMG. But if it’s that why not after the 1st or 3rd dose? 3g like I’m taking seems completely normal. selfdecode says it can improve dry mouth & lips - well that’s definitely not working at all. Further side effects: sweat & urine can smell fishy from trimethylamine.
They also contend that it’s sposed to be good for the liver, apart from possibly lowering homocystein. What I haven’t been getting is agitation and sleep disturbances.
Praps I should reduce or stop it and see if homocystein is too high from the nicotinic acid at all…? At least watch if it fits to the 3x daily intake, which it actually doesn’t.
