Today: “10%” altogether = 20% energy, but not as limited, did quite a bit.
Night ‘histaminey’ problems 8:00-9:00: nostrils 0-20% nauseous 5% stomach 5% sinuses 5% headache 5% sore throat 5%.
Day condition: Nausea 0-10% (when moving very quickly for 5’, with grandchild on playground), white lips 20%, pale face 30%, “ill ache” off and on 0%, sliding around indoors (stiffness, fatigue & nausea) 10%, cold intolerance (cold shower yes, but long johns day and night, plus hoodie at night) 30%.
