2022-04-21, Thursday - Mobility = 10% → 20% due to acupuncture :grinning:

21:30 Pondering on my latest downhill development, starting last Wednesday, see below: Nothing new, still looks like it’s the acupuncture, at least I can’t see it’s anything else and I can’t see any sense in reducing supps.
22:10 Taking the supps “too” late today, let’s see if that makes a difference.
10:00 alertness = 60%.
11:25 WHB 11’ didn’t help.
13:00 Acupuncture did a bit. Cooking yesterday (sweetheart cabbage) allowed being fuller from eating, not so hungry, but that doesn’t change anything.
18:00 TT 3:1! Felt like having to avoid feverishness, but hardly pain.

Nostrils & sinuses are affecting the alertness. Tried adding magnesium glycinate.

Chinese Acupuncturist - Still not good from 19th :x:. Next: today, 21st. Some needles painful in, and in the first minutes, but that stopped, like the other times when it had a good effect. Head/face/eyes still sweaty-feverish-exhausted-tired, but body free and more supple, a bit more energy, a bit less pain. Like the first 6 times changes on some levels, but not all. Like #9 up from 10% to 20% agility.

Development

My wife has started comparing this Fatigue incl. increased Fog to some of my worst pain moments 2 years ago and is blaming the acupuncture. I think more fitting is comparison not with the pain moments, it’s the zombification & feverishness (meaning unrestorative sleep) due to melatonin and CBD oil last April. What I did then was stop both and take up GABA. But I have already stopped passiflora and luteolin. As I’m wary of increasing GABA even more, and less didn’t work, what I could try now is stop glutamine, however that could unbalance the GABA. Or what if I just stop everything, to see what happens? But 8 days ago I was OK, then Wednesday, before acupuncture it went down a bit for the first time, up again from acupuncture, then downhill since then.
Acupuncture:
Acupuncture #9 on 29th: 10->20%, 30th: 20%, 31st: 20%, 1st: 20%, 2nd: 20%,
= 4 days up at 20% agility.
3rd: 25% (cortisol), 4th: 25%, 5th: 25%, 6th: 25%, 7th: 25%, 8th: 25%,
= 6 days up at 25% agility.
9th: 30%, 10th: 30%, 11th: 30%, 12th: 30%,
= 4 days even higher at 30% agility.
13th: 20%, why down? I was thinking because I needed a session, but:
Acupuncture #10 on 14th: 30%, 15th: 20% (30%), 16th: 20%, 17th: 25%, 18th: 20%,
Acupuncture #11 on 19th: 15%, 20th: 10%.
Acupuncture #12 on 21st: 10 → 20% (like #9?!).
Alternative explanations aren’t sensible:
Or was I overdoing it? on the 10th, 14th, 15th and 17th? I don’t think so. And why would it take 3 days for the 10th to hit home? Or for the 14th-17th? That would be very unusual for me.
Weather? has been getting slowly “better”, not worse. (Moon?: Waning, for those who believe in the moon, I don’t ever see any connection for me, so I’m just bashing that one.)
OK, I assume I need to take the supps and just get earlier sleep.
Did that, didn’t make that much difference - sinuses up.

Whether or not before was from overdoing it, it got worse from acupuncture #11, so this’d all be very long term.

Terms:

I’m now starting to note my alertness - I was going to say “mental ability”, then mental agility, but maybe the words agility for physical and alertness for mental capacity are clearest. German Mobilität and Wachheit = mobility and awakeness. Praps mobility is better than agility, at least these are two totally different things, I can be very agile, esp. for short periods, it’s got more to do with stiffness than with fatigue/energy.
