JayCS’s Fibro Blog

2022-04-23, Saturday - Mobility = 20% - Alertness = 90% Difficult night… so pain higher (3-4 of 7)

23:50 only managing to doze - the weekend music workshop start I went to from 19:00 to 20:00 was too stirring. Too many things/decisions/worries like 20 people in one room, me asking for people to wear masks near me, but still feels uncomfy both ways, don’t know what my role can be there as I can only take part for an hour or two at a time, also having to say I can’t eat with them (cos of CoV, diet, break need, “stress”). This was all actually not stressful, but nice, but I just am not able to do things like that easily since fibro, it was a calculated risk. End of the story: I probably won’t be continuing the workshop.
13:10 Sinuses still burning.
18:00 Slow 60’ cycle trip to a lamb field, weren’t there tho.

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: fatigue better, despite bad sleep, but sinuses all morning since getting up, only down during table tennis. Wondering if it’s the soy jogurt I had a bit of is the cause. Bit again, so let’s see tonight and tomorrow…
