23:48 1h10 Really doing my best to try to get to sleep using self-applied Yoga Nidra, but my pulse & thoughts are racing, thinking of work stuff & other, nothing to do with things I was doing before going to bed to distract. Want to check my blood pressure, then come down somehow. I am sort of tired, was at 10, but seemed to need to come down, now the same. RR 150 → 140/87, pulse 59. 0:20 6. 0:50: Same. -1:00 Yo.Ni.

Chinese Acupuncturist - #15 March 3rd
. (Sleep & +25% GABA helping.) 21+24 needles (new: 2 in ear, none in lower back). She understood my report and would like to see my chart. She confirmed that acupuncture increases cortisol, one of the reasons it works for inflammation, but that she can’t balance serotonin. Tried something against my spontaneous clavicle pain. Got worse later, so massage ![]()

Supps Apr 27th (~24): Supp costs:~277€/m (Apr 14th) CHANGED: Keeping +.6g GABA, adding P-5-P to increase it (I'd stopped Mar 7th because I wasn't sure if it was reducing my proprioception and I feld I didn't need GABA or sleep support; however I definitely do now!), even reducing 2nd glutamine to 0.4g - risky - is that the reason for the slight pee pain and thigh pain? 1 passiflora, 0 extra Ω3, theanine often 2 again now, but pine bark 1. Put on all other antihistamine supps again regularly, incl. for sleep luteolin and 1 passiflora. EGCg is out atm. PLANNED/TAKEN TODAY: click for details:

‘Research’ today: No. Forgot to note yesterday that I’ve (again?) come across the fact that according to the 2016 ACR diagnostic criteria fibromyalgia is no longer a diagnosis of exclusion. If you have severe widespread pain according to SSI and WPI for more than 3 months, you have fibromyalgia. If they find more, then you still also have fibromyalgia…
