Headache & sinuses at 22:30 due to having forgotten my evening supps (19:00) until 22:00 - which goes to show how good they are… This’ll probably have quite a few consequences for sleep, so needn’t expect too much… Supps late could mean sleep later, more pain, more peeing, so more sleep breaks and feeling worse. If I get thru with 70%/3 I’ll be lucky. However more than the 9 sleep breaks I had last night where everything was early won’t be possible, that’s the max. I’ve ever had, because from then on I start staying up, whether night breaks or morning… Let’s see how it goes! 12:00 It went quite well … Headache till the middle of the night, now starting up again. Ah, no, it’s sinus pain…

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: Except lack of real energy as ever.
. Praps try avocado, olives, vinegar, mustard and soy/tofu again? Watching fatigue? 12:00 Sinus pain/burning. BTW the exact food set list Monday evening 20:00, leading to 40% symptoms was: apples, cucumber, bok choy, pumpkin seeds, zucchini, carrots, salt and canola oil, having stopped sweet potatoes, broccoli, herbs as well as the supps resveratrol, PEA and quercetin.
Safe yesterday was apple, fennel, bok choy, carrots, zucchini, salt, canola oil, pumpkin seeds, green beans, bread, hard young goat cheese. Next I can check if was the cucumbers. If it wasn’t, then the 40% symptoms Monday evening are surprising.
To “safe” I now added cucumber and 70% dark chocoiate (with orange), forgot fennel: 10-20% symptoms. Evening: Same, with cucumber, but without chocolate, added chicoree with 0% problems.

‘Research’ today:
Checked my old copper resources again. As opposed to what I have sometimes written, copper is mentioned by verywellhealth as being good for histamine enzymes (meaning DAO), and Richard Hagmeyer expands on that here: “Because copper is essential to DAO function, copper levels should be monitored in patients with low DAO activity to avoid further DAO deterioration. If you have been taking Zinc you could have a copper deficency. Zinc levels should be checked at the same time, as zinc prevents intestinal copper absorption.”
My copper level Feb 16th turned out to be low. Calling it Cu for short I started copper gluconate Feb 25th for my C1/2 dosage (so usually at or after 9:00) and ended Jun 10th. Before and after my energy levels were definitely lower, however at the beginning of taking I also added acupuncture
