I had to even hold my neck in my hands for a while for it to calm down. 14:00 Suddenly severe hunchback pains 3 or 4 times, forcing me to catch up on back exercises…When I lie on just a mat I realize that my thighs still hurt, it’s still just the case in bed that the lambskin under them cushions that.
