Lymphatic System Drainage for Inflammation

Amazing results for me so far. Due to severe inflammation from my brain, brain stem, spine and torquing of my spine, I finally feel mental changes and physical changes. I do multiple modalities including dealing with the ‘‘leaky gut’’ and this means complete diet lifestyle change. I do multi-facet things to get me moving forward.

Methylation Cycle is another issue to why people are not detoxing. Our body is like a plugged up tub. It needs to be detoxed through the urine and anus or else toxic metals from products with aluminum, etc, including water from the pipes, mold, parasites, etc get the body full of inflammatory responses causing autoimmune disease (body attacking itself). There is so much to learn. I just started in fall 2018 and it is at often at least a one year process for many.

Anyone else notice what has helped them to get better?

I have never heard of this, or been told a need for this. Sound very interesting, I will look further into it.
I wish you continued luck.

i have a mild thyroid deficiency, but swelling in legs. GP sent me for lymph massages which are mild as a butterfly’s touch. however, after a 60 minute session i am bedridden for two full days. so we dropped it to 30 minutes. The measurements show it helps tremendously, but my body hurts to the point of death for the following day and still can barely move on 2nd day. Anyone else experience this?

Just curious- what do they measure?

Our bodies are equipped with amazing cleansing systems. Very little outside help is needed. The best medical advice can be found at the Mayo Clinic website.

I have found lymphatic massages to feel good and have never heard or read anything to say that there is any pain involved during or after.

I’ve been getting them once or twice a year for over 20 years. I do it simply as a means to keep my lymph system flowing, along with a lot of walking, stretching, and biking.

It is too bad that you find the massage so debilitating and I find myself wondering why you continue?

I continue sporadically because my GP has insisted on it. When I tell him how bad it hurts afterwards, he says that is hard to believe, because the measurements go down…therefore it has to be helping. You know, there are many docs that will no longer take a patient over 65. I live in a town of 260,000 and there are only TWO physicians that will take a new medicare or medicaid patient.

So sorry to hear that you don’t have access to a lot of docs. My pain doc is a rheumatologist whom I feel is at the top of his game and is doing all that he can to help.

The day after your massage, have someone drive you to the MD’s office & let him See for Himself. My Daughter did that & even tho I was a “walk-in”, everyone in the waiting room insisted that I go next. & usu the pain I am in is worse than the Pain shot given. Love, Light & Peace, Maggi.

LaurieS - you asked what they measure. tape measurement is taken every 1/4 inch from ankle to top of thigh. then 2 months later measured again… i usually lose a total of 4 1/2 inches on one side and 3 inches on other leg. remember, that is the 1/4 inch measurements added together.

Luna - i don’t know where you live, but in my city, you stay in line. I cannot imagine “moving to the head of the line”. If one is that bad off, we have to go to a hospital emergency room. My GP believes me. He’s 25 miles away so I cannot make appointments on a whim and i dont like to go to the ER…
