Hi everyone!
So I have my first highschool midterms next week and my pain has been particularly bad lately. With the added stress of studying on top of my other activities and daily work, it doesn't help at all. I'm not sure how I am going to be able to function on the test after putting myself through the pressure of lots of studying the week before. So, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or experiences that could help with the stress and pain levels. Thanks so much!
