I have an appointment to see a Naturopathic Doctor next week. I'm wondering if anyone has experience going this route with their healing. I'd love to hear what your experience has been and if any of the treatments worked or helped at all.

I believe that Allergic sees a Naturopathic Physician, as well as a regular Doctor. She hasn't been on much lately, but if you would like to leave her a message, I know she'll get to you as soon as she is back on the boards!

Hi Terry, I have worked with a Naturopathic Doctor for the last 10 years for many different health issues. And I see an MD, too. My Naturopath has been helpful in helping to know what the combination of vitamins and supplements should be for my body. The best results I get from her is healing me when my energy level is so bad I don’t get out of bed for days. My adrenals & thyroid get over stressed & under active. She will see what combination of supplements will work best for that time I am down. Typically I can see an improvement within 4-5 days. For the Fibro pain, she has helped with reducing the pain to a more tolerable level. Her work with me has definitely been worth my time. I hope you will get the same benefit from your ND.
