Hi Diane and welcome. I kind of go into fatigue episodes. Sometimes I'm so tired its all I can do to get home, throw something together for dinner and then go straight to bed. Since I've been watching what I'm eating I seem to have more energy. I also have lots of pain (tightness) in my neck/shoulders/back. Sitting on a heating throw blanket at work has been a life saver for me. I used to get up from my desk and be so stiff I looked like an old person or a pregnant women waddling. The heat makes it so I can get up and walk normal. Sometimes for my neck and shoulders I have to use a home TENS machine which sends electrical pulses to the muscles and helps them relax. I would say good luck at the neurologist but I don't want anything "major" to be wrong with you so I won't say it but I will send you some (((Gentle Hugs))).

I'm sorry you are having to go through with this. I found my neurologist was more helpful than any other doctor thus far. Heating pads are really helpful. I have them all through the house so I can be comfortable and not have to move to go get them. Fatigue is another bummer. I haven't found the magic solution for that one - but y'all will all know the second I do. Just know there are a grunch of us out here that know what you are dealing with and it is *not* all in your head
