Hello everybody, have been too lazy to type but I read every post.
It has been so miserable, raining, windy, and just dark and gloomy, so my whole body is in a turmoil. No sleep last night, been down most of the day, hopefully I will be better sooner than later.
I just need to vent tonight, because I have not had this kind of a flare up for months...I have actually been doing good other than the fatigue and fog , I seem to have my pain at an 8 most of the time.
Morning vicky x I know what you mean about the weather , ive been in a flare now for a week again ! The summer and humidity made me so sore and the foggyness and tiredness was awful. Now autumn andcwinter has made me flare so much , ive got heat pads from top to bottom , and have lots of hot baths lol. Im sending a big hug xx hope you feel a little better soon x
I agree with you on that point. This weekend it was double bad since the Nortriptylin is not working out and I had to stop. I had the choice of pain or headaches, dizziness, and the runs. It figures to top it off it went from a windy spring day to SNOW the next. Go figure.
