Is anyone else having flares due to the Polar Vortex? My body is hurting so bad with the weather changes. We are having these weird, out of the blue down pours. The humidity has all but gone, the wind is fierce at times. Oh yeah, it's not in triple digits in Texas, in the Summer. So very weird.
Just thought I would see if anyone else was having the same issue.
Yes I am! Since about May first I have had such high pain levels I can barely cope. At first I thought it was a flare up but here we are half way thru July and no improvement in my pain levels so I say to myself, I hope this is not my new normal! I live in
In As and our weather has been weird this year also. So we will see.

I too find I am sensitive to the weather changes this summer…more so than other summers. Does any one have suggestions if things they do to help decrease the affects of humidity and summer type weather changes? I find that I live in a climate controlled environment a lot, because I just don’t do well with extremes anymore. Hugs to you all.
