I have 2 lovely cats, Basil and Sybil, they keep me company, follow me everywhere and sometimes we take an afternoon nap together !!
Mind you, even though I love having one or other on my lap, my legs start aching and go numb under the weight !! Perhaps they're too well fed !!

I kan hz treats now!?!?!?! That is Annie in the morning as soon as we wake up. She is quite demanding for her morning Cat Treats. :)
My two cats are 13 year old sisters. They are always ready to cuddle under my arm in the recliner to watch a movie, or crash out on my feet at night. They are both spoiled rotten with kitty treats and love. I would love to have a Dog. A Labrador would be my favorite, but I know it would totally freak the cats out. :(
I love hearing about and see pics of everyones pets! I rescued a kitten ayear ago in Aug. her and her 2 sisters were abandoned in the parking lot at work and between my coworkers and myself we saved all 3. I brought her home and the kids named her Sony, she loved my boys, but did not like me at all! I couldn’t pick her up or pet her! Then she got pregnant! When she went into labor she came to me for help! She was terrified! I never left her side as she delivered 5 kittens! She was so loving towards me, purring and rubbing her head against me! When the kittens were about a week okd she went back to not liking me! And as the kittens grew I swear she was training them to not like me! If she wasnt around I could hold, pet, and play with any of the kittens, but as soon as she came back around they would only scratch and run from me!
We decided to keep all of her babies, they were all so close I couldn’t bare tearing them apart! So we had Sony and her 2 little girls Missy and Trissy. Along with their 3 brothers Chubby, Steve and Tom. Sony recently got pregnant again! And I decided we were not keeping any more cats! I am only 38years old, 6 cats in my house! I am too young to be the crazy cat lady right now!! Well 2 weeks ago today Sony dissapeared! She went out in the morning like she always did but never came home. We live in the country, I have been looking along the road and in the ditch, and never found her. I feel bad because I am sure she is dead, and being pregnant makes it even harder to think about! But it is funny, her babies are now very loving and different towards me! Tom is my cat, he is allowed in rooms that the other cats are not allowed in, and he knows my routine! He is right there at 6am “helping” me get ready for work! And waits for me to come home from work! The 3 boys are great! But thise 2 girls will have nothing to do with me at all! They wont even come in the same room as me! They cuddle with the kids, and love and rub on them, but hiss and scratch me!
I have thought about finding homes for the girls, but who wants a grumpy female calico cat when the world is full of cute little fluffly kittens! Lol!!
