Hi,

Was wondering if there are any OTC muscle relaxers that anyone was aware of? My joints and muscles feel tight and I am in pain right now. Thanks for your help or for any suggestions you might have.

These were given to me by my Chiropractor. There is a regular and a PM for night. Always check with your Dr before adding them.

Thanks SK. I'm really feeling the pain all over my body! I'm in tears right now. I hate FM!!!!!! I wish this pain would go away!!!! :(

I understand your complete frustration about the pain that we endure 24/7 even when taking pain meds. But one thing I am learning is that even when my pain levels are extra high I must try very hard to keep myself calm. If I do not, then the pain escalates and can take hours before it responds to any med. So, I do lots of deep breathing and praying for my pain to be lessened so I can function. I find this helps.
