i have been very irritable today i know it will pass but it needs to hurry up my hands dont want to work right fingers lock up wrists hurt right shoulder hurts and my elbows hurt but it did snow so im sure that isnt helping being snow is a trigger for other things i have too basically a very bad day but just another day that when its over i can say whew made it through that one too
Sorry about your bad day. My fingers lock too, it’s really frustrating. It always happens when I lift some thing heavy or pack and carry the grocery shopping. Hope the next day brings a better time for you. Anney x
thank u anney im hoping it passes i really dont need to go anywhere until tuesday so im taking today and tomorrow and not going to do much but i may do a very small load of laundry my neighbor said when i have flare ups he would help so if i start it and cant finish it he said dont worry he would bring it being i have to walk across the yard to the next building to do laundry its why i havent done it yet
When I do the laundry all I do is put it in and out of the machine. My fiancé hangs it up, it hurts my arms too much. It’s best for you too take it easy, I always end up in bed when I Have a flare.
i live part time with my mom but she too has major pain i told her what i was dxd with and she is going to talk with her doc she too had a major back injury and is in the right age group for fibro and has alot of the same symptoms as i do but i may take my neighbor up on his offer im just afraid if i do that he may read into it alot deeper than what it actually is being he has a crush on me lol
Whew, you made it through the day, River! What a rough one, as you say. Locked up fingers completely stink. Do they stay that way all day for you? That has to be frustrating!
Snow seems like a trigger, doesn't it? At least we don't live in Alaska!

hi petunia lol i did live in alaska for 12 years even though its cold it doesnt have the bitterness the wet type cold as we do here in the lower 48s i could litterally go outside in the snow with no shoes and play in the yard in the winter where we were. there is no humidity no real wetness its a dryer cold up there heck i didnt even know what a snow day was lol they called school of down here for snow im like what is a snow day? u dont here of it up there i also had no idea what a windchill factor was cuz of the dryer cold lol i remember so many people asking me ok where did u move from lol up there the snow has to be at the time it was 25 inches in a 48 hr period for schools to be closed and that was only if the streets hadnt been plowed yet lol
My mum had fibro too. Oh god, I hope he doesn’t. Though it might be a risk you,ll have too take. I’m sure he’s a gentleman and will just feel like a knight in shinning armour 
he is good friends with my mom anney its how i found out he really likes me lol mom is such a tattle tell lol
