Has anyone taking Savella had their doctor increase the dosage? I am currently taking 50 mg 2x daily. I’ve been feeling terrible like I’m in a flare that doesn’t seem to be getting any better. The fatigue is terrible!! When I first started Savella I had good results and I’ve heard of a possibility of a higher dose.
Can anyone help me with this? I’d like to be able to call my doctor to see if I can try this but want to hear what others have to say. Thanks so much for your help.

I was on Savella 50 mg 1x a day. I was feeling very dizzy and had a headache (which is rare for me). Basically was feeling really strange. After feeling so strange for a long time, out of the blue I asked my hubby to take my blood pressure. My BP is normally 106/75 and it was 122/101.
I sent a message to my doctor to find out if that was normal and he had me come off the med. My doctor and I talked and he tried 7 different meds that I’ve had reactions or didn’t work. Now I’m on 25mg of Savella and 25mg of Lyrica. Pain is still there and if I miss one dose, the pain is thru the roof. I’m still on the fence and going to give this a couple more weeks. My BP is a little high but not 122/101.
I’ll let you know how I make out.
