I am so sorry to hear you're in so much pain. Suppose you have been to doc, maybe your meds need altering, adjusting? Apart from that have you tried mindfulness, or the exercise group on here, pacing? There are lots of things to try which are not medication related, but help you come to terms and manage your pain. It really sounds like you need to.talk to your doctor and tell him/her your meds don’t help when your symptoms are high. Maybe they can give you something to take during those times. Regardless of what you do it’s always good to consult with your doctor.
Take a warm bath or if you can go for a walk, you’d be surprised at how much a short walk can help. There are natural remedies but you need to be careful and know what your taking vs. the meds your on now. Go talk to an expert. Talk to a therapist about what your going through. Sometimes it helps to talk to someone who isn’t a family member or friend. Learn biofeedback, it’s very helpful.
