Hi mike , I really hope things get sorted for you , iam at the pain clinic tom again , and I always have things written down as my memory is shocking now , infact iam so much worse than last year , and it gets you down , I will see what I have to try tommorow , were like human guinea pigs . The change in the weather is driving my body into chaos , , but we cant change the weather , unfortunately . Tc mike big hugs angie xx

good moring mike x how are you ? hope your feeling a little better and please let me know how you get on with your appoitments . iam glad I wrote a list as it helps soo much it also helps the doctor to understand exactly how things effect us . he has upped my lycria to 600 mg and im staying on the nortriptyline , will see him in 8 weeks , he has mentioned acupuncture , or even for me to talk with a councillor. he is a lovely doctor he listens and explains , I took my husband with me as hearing it from the doctor might help him to understand more , even thogh he is understanding this , im glad he came because it did broaden his mind to this illness . I became soo upset whilst reading from my list as I think it brings home to us exactly what were going through everyday , my consultant said be brave , I just think he is genuially a nice guy . anyway mike sorry ive waffled on , im sending you a big hug , and always here to chat if you need me , tc angie xxx
*hugs*, today is a little better than things have been... I am on the mainland so appointments and the like are on hold for the time being. I am in Edinburgh tomorrow as well so that will exasperate things somewhat I am sure... but I am back to Bute on Sunday and then will be able to get my appointments sorted from next week... I will let you know then. It is really good that your consultant seems to be really good... fingers crossed he helps.

So sorry to hear this, my first thought is to ask if you've have x-rays of these troublesome areas lately? My second question is if you think it could be related to hypermobility? I know that only your Doctor can answer these questions, but just trying to make sense of it!
Hope you can get some relief soon, as the weather is cooling!
