You just never know what the weather has in store right now, it swings from the low 40's to the low 90's, so you can be bundled up with the heat on one day, and then have to strip down and go back to the A/C the next!
Man oh man, am I feeling it too! Anyone else getting hit with this?
I am glad you posted this. I live in Sacramento ca and the summer was wonderful to me. Ever since the weather changed I have felt horrible. For some reason I thought I only had to dread barometric pressure changes but maybe that is occurring when it goes from hot to cold so quickly. I was so sad to see my pain come back full force.
I can't tolerate the cold. I hate winter with a passion! lol I love the summer, sun, beach, ocean...etc... I usually go to Florida on vacation every year and I feel so much better there! I hope to sell everything and move one day...

I've been waking up in horrible pain. I think the changes to fall are affecting me, that plus rain. Whatever it is, it's just hideous. The pain is so deep, I can't even find the proper trigger point to press in order to get some relief.
Yes, I agree, Linda! My sis and I pack up and go visit my Mom and my son down in Florida and wow, does it make a difference! We're going this year too but I'd like to stay for 2 months but my sis can only do one month, tops, and that's using all of her vacation and sick days. I don't even LIKE Florida but I want to move there and have an inground, heated pool (fantasy time!)
