This Poem Is For You (yes you reading this)

i thought that i would once again share some of my poetry. ive posted before but i took it down... but i thought it could help today.

There's no person stronger than someone fighting an everlasting battle.
No one to see the pain but the cast of an illuminating Shadow
Dim lit light of life of a flickering candle
Journey down a road less traveled.
A glimmer of hope in hand
But theres no one there that understands.


This poem is for you


Let me ignite the flame of your desire
Give you hope that will inspire.
No one can do what you do
That's why this poem is for you.


Uniquely created to be perfect in the lord's eyes
Yet we still wonder why we are the ones jeopardized
Cut short of life and stuck in gloom
Wondering if our short break of happiness will be cut soon.
We live in pain one day after another
We go to sleep knowing there is still no cure discovered
We continue to fight knowing it will never end
Day after Day, over and over again
Our lives we will defend.
Let's make them see the invisible disease within.


We wonder why we are picked out of millions
Why are we the ones to suffer from others opinions
The opinion that they think we are over exaggerating
Or that we need them to be on the defense, motivating.
We are stronger than the sharp pains, aches, and hurtful words
We are the voices of the unheard.


This poem is for you.


There is a reason for your suffering
God's love and everlasting life is the offering.
You are an advocate of this pain.
Every single word spoken can help another's life change.
Or be the reason "She" hasn't gone insane.


God uses some people to get to others
And some people are here to help push others forward.
No one promised life to be fair
But God did promise to always care
And we can start by making others Aware

Oh Teesa,

This gives me so much inspiration. I am going to use all the strength I have to get the word out... social media is awesome!! I am even going to write a letter to the local paper.. our television station and see if they will write and produce a story on our battle with this..

Would I be too bold to ask you - if I can use your poem in it's entirety... as part of it?

If you dont want me to.. I will understand...

I truly think God chose us to carry on and be crusaders.

Thank you so much glad i can be an inspiration to you. I think it’s great to get our story out. Great idea.

But as far as the poem i dont want you to use it. I wrote it for my book that’s being published soon. And the poem is actually copyrighted. You can’t without my permission and i can’t until the book is officially out. I’ll keep you in mind tho thanks
