Update

Hi Everybody,

I haven't been on for awhile, trying to be careful to be positive and when I am feeling negative (which has been an off and on issue) I am either talking to a friend (if I can) or trying to pray, do healing and let it go so I don't effect someone else and spread it around. I am trying to stay very busy so that I can learn new things ( a lot of Meetup groups) and not think so much.

I have been getting off of 5HTP which is OTC and I take for the pain and sleep. I have read that there is no proof that low Serotonin level causes Depression or Anxiety (yep long history) and there is no way to measure the level in a living human brain anyhow. Also, most recently that too much or added Serotonin from a drug can deplete other Neurotransmitters. I have researched a lot before ever starting it and since then (about 7 years now) but never saw that so want to get off. Any experiences with it out there?


I am feeling more tired but have also been under ALOT Of stress and doing MEGA healing work on old issues which I am sure is causing it. The theory with healing is that as you detox (this is using Kefir and coconut oil and healthier foods, NOT drugs and alcohol detox) and heal yourself old issues including from childhood arise to be healed from your cellular level (including old physical issues). Any other healers out there dealing with this besides me? I am a therapist and do a lot of varied energy work on me and others.
