What did you do for yourself today?

Hi All,

I wanted to ask: What did you do for yourself today that was 100% for your health and wellness? It could be big or small.

I got up this morning, earlier than I normally do, and took a hot bath before getting ready for work. So far, it has helped decrease the amount of pain I usually feel by this time and has set a relaxed tone for the day.

Please share : )

Hugs,

Sara

Hi Sara,

I finally sat down and made myself set up my daily meds case. I also checked my sugar and made sure I had something to eat. I'm still awake from yesterday and don't always remember when I haven't slept.

Gentle Hugs!

HI Dottie

I am glad you got these things done have you tried keeping a journal you could write down when you get up and sleep and see if their is a pattern. Every thing we do is a great accomplishment. My accomplishment for the day was washing out both the litter boxes and the cats feed bowels. I now have 4 very happy cats.

Hi, Sara.

Great pick-me-up! Hot baths are my favorite and always help with pain. That's terrific you got to take one today ahead of going to work. It must've no doubt made the day much better.

I treated myself to a cab ride to work instead of waiting in the cold for public transit.:)

Hugs,

Laurie

I love all of these replies. I could treat myself better everyday.

Today, I listened to Dr. Teitelbaum explain the SHINE protocol, go over the cause of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, and provide me with hope that I can change my diet and lifestyle and potentially eliminate all my pain and suffering. This interview is only available til tomorrow morning and I hope others listen. Link below. I vow to treat my body better. It deserves better. Please make time to listen to that talk, there is so much good information.

Hi Sara,

I planted some celery today. Can’t wait to eat home grown celery.

Glad the hot bath got you nice and relaxed to greet the day.

A cab ride to work sounds great, and you were able to reduce the amount of stress on your body by taking a cab : )

Hi Purplebutterfly,

I know that feeling of a happy kitty. I managed to clean out the litter box, wash all his food bowls and clean up my kitty's eating area as he is a messy little eater : ) Good for you!
