For me it is the anti-inflamatory diet that has made a major difference in my fatigue and pain levels and overall condition. I don't eat night shade veg's either. Gluten is a major offender for the chronic conditions, autoimmune conditions/fibro etc. Here are some links, but on the Lupus Community of Ben'f Friends there is a sub-group called Gluten free recipes etc, tons of info there for you and also some good recipes and tips.
