When you wake up each morning, do you feel like you have been beaten?

Sue, I’m sad to read that you don’t have a solid support system around you. I’m newly diagnosed, and going through many emotions right now. It’s difficult to accept this reality, especially the fatigue. I’ve been in bed all day. I just can’t get up - my body just feels too heavy today. If you need someone to talk to, I’m out here and would love to talk! :bouquet: {Hugs}

Hi @sue_d

I live in Massachusetts and I know what you’re talking about. Weather changes affect all people with issues where it could be from Arthritis, surgeries, fibromyalgia, e.t.c When storms roll through I tend to feel sore more than usual. The winter time is rough for me as it’s cold, and rarely any sunlight. A lot of people here have seasonal depression. I am so sorry to hear about your husband. That would make anyone feel cruddy and when our mood is cruddy our body reacts to that. I would recommend just taking one day at a time. Also lately I have been dealing with a lot of fatigue. I’m under a lot of stress lately and stress makes the fibromyalgia flare up so much. I hope things get better for you soon. Its too bad a family member couldn’t come up to visit you. Maybe in the future you will decide to move back to Missouri. Feel better Sue

Hello. I just joined this group and I read all your posts. All express exactly how I feel getting up in the morning. You are my people! Also I cannot schedule but one thing each day. If I do more, I will pay for it the next. Our weathere is fluctuating so much and so much rain. If the barometric reading goes down so do I. I live for those beautiful sunny days. Nor can I tolerate hot. Cold and rainy days are the worst. Thanks for listening.
