My friend from work started taking a herbal supplement from Sprouts...it's called Inflacalm. She let me try some and I had diminished pain within a couple of hours of taking it. Now remember, not everything works for everyone but this could be helpful to some. The ingredients are: ginger root, Holy Basil Leaf, White Willow Bark, Tumeric Root (it smells and has a bit of a curry taste, not bad, actually it's kind of good if you like curry), Green Tea, Rosemary Extract, and Boswellia Extract. It comes in a Modified Vegetable Cellulose (casing, I think). It's only my third day (I went out and bought my own bottle the next day), but my hips and shoulders, ankles, knees, ect. feel better today. Just wanted to share...
Tumeric is wicked good for everyone
Wow. I'm so glad you found something that lessens your pain!! I'm always cheering for that to happen. & thank you for sharing the idea
Where did you find it? Was it at a natural health food store or can you get it online? I have nothing to help with the pain so I will try anything natural. Thanks for the tip!
I found it at Sprouts but you can probably go to your local natural foods store to look for an equivalent. You can look on-line to find a Sprouts near you.Jusy make sure it has the ingredients I have listed and that's all natural ingredients. Ask the clerk at the natural food store about an equivelent if you don't have a Sprouts near by. I love the Sprouts Farmers Market that we just got here in Grand Junction, CO. The vegetables are fresh beyond belief and are at a good price. They also grind their own Italian Sausage and its delicious!
I will definatly give this a try. I have a sprouts right around the corner from me…!! : ) thank you so much for sharing. I’ll let you know what I think. : ) I’ll put in a friend request to you so we can keep in touch.
