I've watched several of these now, and they are super informative!
One of the things that really surprised me is that just because something is fragrance free, doesn't mean that they have not had to add even more chemicals to mask scents!
I'm sure much is available on youtube to watch, they are very good shows, packed full of important information!

This is so true! I have to read for "no fragrance added" in order to avoid asthma reactions. Those of us who are sensitive to fragrance can also get migraines from these "fragrance free" products. Aargh!
I thought they were very interesting too. I dvr’d her shows so I could watch them over again. I was thinking about buying one of her books. Interesting how hormones out of wack have some of the same symptoms as fibromyalgia .
I didn't realize she has also written books beyond her natural approach to cancer. I will have to check it out. I am so curious about the relationship with hormones, as I took tamoxifen for 5 years for breast cancer. It inhibits estrogen and gave me an instant menopause. Thanks for the heads up! I'm always looking to learn more.
