Attention all members, there is a new tab for 'book reviews'

Scott Orn, our co-founder of Ben's Friends is asking you to recommend a book about Fibromyalgia or any other related illnesses or topic that you found helpful. Not only will this help the group find good information, but should you order a book through our site, the small commission will help fund the group to keep it free to all members. This is a great idea whose time has come!

I have already recommended 'The Fibromyalgia Solution' and 'Treat Your Back Without Surgery'. Both are written by MDs. I will have to go through my book shelves to share books on herbs and natural healing. Please join in to make this a success.

You will find the tab at the top of the page, just click on 'Book Reviews', please be sure to include the Amazon link to the book!

Thank you all for your contribution to this project!

This is a great ideal I know when I was diagnosed with lupus I read books on it but don't think I have read one on fibro

Hi y’all , come on let’s help support this site … The best book I ever bought ( and I did get it from Amazon ) so click on the book reviews tab at the top right to find out what it is, best money spent, everyone should have this book…

A Smaller, Richer Life: Using Illness as a Chance to Grow, by Lucia McHardy

Why I like this: It's about living with chronic illness, not specific to fibro only. Many of us have multiple conditions, and what she has to say fits what we all go through. I read this book over and over again when I feel weak, down on myself, down on life in general, and need to get my mojo back. Many aspects of what we go through are covered in this book!
