Has anyone else had trouble with biting their tongue, lip, or cheek?
I feel like every time I eat I hurt myself !
Have I forgotten how to eat? I'm 49!

I am sorry. I also have this issue. It started when the Fibro symptoms appeared for me. I notice it’s worse at night or if I am tired. I usually make sure to eat really slow. Please let your rheumatologist or primary doctor know as they may want to rule out any other things that may be going on with you.
