I read a post and notice someone say they don’t eat meat. I just wondered is this something that is common for Fibro as can barely eat meat anymore. Is this typical?
I'm like you Shila I am not interested or have the appetite for meat. I don't know if this is typical. I just know I used to like meat and ate a lot more of it. I also notice that I crave sweets more. So is this Fibro related again not sure. It will be interesting to see what some of the other members will say.

That’s funny I read something about being A positive and not eating meat yesterday , maybe my body is just naturally making the choice for me . I guess there’s nothing wrong that:) Although there are something’s I miss and when I try to eat them they just taste like a hum Cow lol
I have noticed that I also do not crave savory sort of things (such as meat) as much as I did when I was a kid. Typically I want foods that in general are easier on the stomach (rice, soup, etc), I think my body craves those particular foods more because they help me to hurt less.
I also keep gluten free and that REALLY helps me to feel better overall.
I drink a lot of protein shakes and eat cheese occasionally I eat bacon or ham but hamburger chicken all that is out completely . I also eat shrimp.i just do what can in small portions. Neurontin has killed my appetite so I have to for e myself to eat a lot of the time and meat isn’t one of those things lol
